Today was much better, we had one patch of highway 17 that was tough. Our morning was a slow trek through gravel roads, then we had route 17 with a great shoulder for a while, some backroads, a tough part, then it opened up again. Campground tonight.
As we set up and got settled, we had two different families actually come over and give us both food, and chairs to sit on around our fire. It was an incredible gesture, and made our night much easier :) even though the food was non vegan, so Papa got it all! TaMe andylor ate sliced white potatoes and red sauce, both from cans.
